It's always been about the mares. From some of our earliest mares like Quaker Acre Sonata, Quaker Acre Melody, Tequila Sunrise, and Junehill Fascination, to history-writing divas like Double M Temptation, Treble's Margarita, Treble's Theme Song, Take My Breath Away and MO Justa Wild Melody, Treble's has never underestimated the power of the distaff side. Our current producers are some of the best we've ever had and we're excited to share our plans for their future. |

2004 Chestnut Mare | This extraordinary young producer is quickly moving to the head of the class at TMM. As a yearling, she made her debut at the New England Regional where she won their prestigious All-American Yearling Futurity class, besting the boys as well as the girls. She went on to Oklahoma City that year to be named 2005 Reserve Grand National Champion Yearling Filly. She took her two year old year off to recouperate from an injury, then came back even stronger as a four year old, winning Grand Champion Mare at the New England Regional.
Sold to Playmor as a four year old, she was the first mare we quickly bought back when we decided to concentrate on our breeding program once again. In 2010, she produced three full siblings by World Champion Mizrahi (two by ET), and we knew we had made the right decision in bringing "Cindy" home to Treble's. Visit our FOALS & PROSPECTS page to meet "the three amigos": Treble's Miz Behavin, Treble's Patent Pending and Treble's Designer Jeans.
This very talented and upheaded daughter of WC Stonecroft Byzantine just produced an outstanding bay filly (pictured at right) by TREBLE'S MASTER PLAYER (Serenity Masterpiece x AFF Norma Jean) on April 7th! Visit our FOALS & PROSPECTS page to see additional photos of this darling and feminine version of her mother.

2003 Bay Mare | Also impressive in her only two show ring appearances, Chanel was crowned Reserve Grand Champion Mare at the 2004 Citrus Cup Regional after winning her yearling filly class, then returned as a four year old to claim a reserve in pleasure driving. As a 3/4 sister to many time World Champion Stonecroft Byzantine, it was no surprise that she could dominate a show ring.
However, it didn't take long for Carol to start matching her up with husbands and Chanel's first foal was sired by the impressive World Champion Centerpiece. Treble's High End Piece (pictured right) arrived in 2007 and has already been a Regional Grand Champion Stallion and was also Reserve in his class at the New England Regional, and recently made a winning saddle debut at the 2011 Gasparilla Charity Horse Show. Purchased by Manasota Morgans of Bradenton, FL as a yearling, we are closely watching this youngster develop.
Chanel's second produce is Gulfwind High Fidelity, a beautiful 2008 stallion by World Champion Gulfwind Sir William, bred and owned by Gulfwind Morgans. This youngster was the Citrus Cup Sweepstakes Reserve Champion as a yearling, and we expect his career to continue to flourish.
Chanel's 2011 foal by World Champion Mizrahi arrived on April 7th within minutes of his classmate above. Treble's Facebook is a very athletic colt is black as night and has just been the star of his first photo shoot! Visit our Foals page to see more yummy shots of this extremely talented young man.
We hope to return Chanel to the court of WC Mizrahi in 2012!

SOLD! Congratulations to our good friend Marilyn Otto of Ocala!
2007 Bay Mare | A full sister to our young sire, Treble's Master Player, "Marilyn" is a beautiful young mare that can go to the ring or the breeding shed and be comfortable in any company.
Well started in longlines, it would take just a few months to have her ready for a harness debut and she would make an absolutely stunning ladies mare.
Sired by the late, great World Champion Serenity Masterpiece, she is out of AFF Norma Jean, a valuable combination of Cedar CreekHarlequin and Noble Flaire. Her second dam is a maternal sister to the many time World Champion AFF Evening Episode. She is also a 7/8th sister to World Champion MEM Shock And Awe and her champion siblings. This is a mare to bank a future upon.

1981 Bay Mare | Bred by Ed & Jean Wagner of Meadowind Oaks in Sarasota, Florida, Melody has been the broodmare to which all others are compared. In recognition, she was voted Broodmare of the Decade in 2000.
She was a winner in hand as a two and three year old, including a Reserve World Champion title as the Sire Auction Sweepstakes Filly in 1983. But her true calling was as the producer of World Champions. She was bred seven times to Tug Hill Commando, producing not only World Champions themselves, but sires and dams of World Champions later. Her two foals by WC Noble Flaire were either performance champions or producers of champions. She was also bred twice to Mtn Laurel Maximilian with success. Her last foal, Treble's Spring Loaded, was by Commando's 3/4 brother, WC Tug Hill Whamunition, and is still winning titles today.
Melody is enjoying the Pacific Northwest in her retirement, in the company of her dear friends Lisa Nyberg Anderson, Daryl Hopson and Greg Ferguson, who make sure she gets her fill of carrots and adoration.

1991 Bay Mare | Perhaps one of Tug Hill Commando's most beautiful daughters, Theme is a product of the Treble's "golden cross" of Commando on the Willy Wild daughters. She is truly a page in Treble's history, as she goes back to some of our original Morgan horses on the bottom of her pedigree.
In her brief show career, she was New England Regional's Reserve Grand Champion Mare after winning her two year old qualifier and the Junior Champion Mare honors, then marched into Oklahoma later that year to win the Sire Auction Sweepstakes Fillies World title, Reserve World Champion Futurity Two Year Old Mares, and Reserve Grand National Champion Two Year Old Mare.
As a three year old, she was Grand Champion Mare at the Connecticut All Morgan, then won her class again at New England.
Her first foal, Trebles Double Exposure (by WC Mtn Laurel Maximilian), has been winning in several divisions since he arrived on the scene in 1997. A full sister followed the next year with Treble's Taylor Made, a stunning mare now just starting what we believe will be a notable producing career under the ownership of Rocky & Diana Schleifer's Wild Rose Ranch. Her third foal was the multiple World Champion Treble's Rhapsody in Blue, who unfortunately met an untimely death, a great loss to the Brown/Klein family who had enjoyed her national wins.
Theme's last two foals were sired by World Champion Liberation First Star and have been consistent winners in the ring for their owners. Treble's Starburst, a 2002 gelding, and Treble's Evening Star, a 2006 gelding who is winning classes on the west coast.

1990 Bay Mare | Another cherished daughter of our favorite sire, Tug Hill Commando, Fire is enjoying her retirement here at TMM.
A many-time champion Park and Pleasure horse, with just a five year show career she amassed significant wins as the World Champion Futurity Three Year Old Pleasure Driving Horse, Grand National Champion Four Year Old Pleasure Driving Mare, Grand National Champion Park Harness Ladies Mare and many impressive wins at New England, Connecticut, UPHA Spring Premiere, Vermont and Massachusetts. Her show ring accolades were designed and executed by the talented Bonnie Sogoloff and her Cedar Spring Farm team in Vermont.
Her first foal, Smoke Signal (by WC Man About Town LPS), is a beautiful stallion with a brief show career, but a lovely collection of quality foals. Her second produce was the lovely mare Bella Luna, by WC HVK Bell Flaire. Treble's Light My Fire (by WC Centerpiece) became her last foal in 2006, is a wonderful and promising young mare that resides at Cedar Spring Farm and is available for purchase. She will be shown this year in Ladies and Walk-Trot and is a fun, game horse for the equally game rider.

1982 Bay Mare | Margarita is one of the finest producing daughters of Treble's Willy Wild, and when crossed to Tug Hill Commando (seven times), she was incomparable.
J H W Southern Comfort was a winning English pleasure and pleasure driving horse throughout the midwest, earning a World Championship as well as Grand National titles, then went on to produce champions in her image. Treble's Tanqueray (pictured right) needs no introduction as one of the winningest Western Pleasure World Champions of all time. Treble's Mucho Uno, a full brother and the youngest Margarita offspring, is also a World Champion Western Pleasure horse.
Two daughters by the Commando son WC Mtn Laurel Maximilian, Treble's Hot Ticket and Treble's Hot Tamale, were beautiful replicas of their dam. And last but not least, Treble's Wild A'Flaire (by WC Noble Flaire), was a cherished producer for the Meadowair Farm in New Hampshire.
Sadly, we lost Rita the fall of 2011, and her pasture mates are missing her as we do.
